This Agreement is made by and between Bitwise, Inc. (“Bitwise”) a Michigan company with a headquarters address at 411 West Flint Street, Davison, MI and Customer (“Customer”). This Agreement shall be effective on the date that it is executed by Bitwise following Customer’s execution (“Effective Date”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions pursuant to which Bitwise shall provide the “Service” (as hereinafter defined) to Customer. As used herein, “Service” shall refer to Bitwise internet access (“wireless Internet access” or “Wifi”) Service
