This Internet Gateway Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into this 7th day of April 2012 at Makati City, Metro Manila, between PHILIPPINE LONG DISTANCE TELEPHONE COMPANY (hereinafter referred to as “PLDT”) and Misamis Oriental State College of Agriculture and Technology (MOSCAT) upon the following terms and conditions:
