Due to the nature of the Internet, it is neither practical nor possible for WBSAU to enforce compliance with user rules at all times. Accordingly, parents and students must recognize that students may be required to make independent decisions and will use good judgment in their use of the Internet.

As the student's parent or legal guardian, I have read, understand and agree that my child shall comply with the terms of the District's Agreement for student's access to the District Computer Network and the Internet. I understand that this access is being provided to the students for educational purposes only. I agree that by this Agreement I will hold harmless and indemnify the school district for any fees, expenses or damages incurred as a result of my child's use or misuse of the Network, access to the Internet or computer equipment. In addition my signature below indicates that I have received, read and agree to abide by the policies contained in my school’s student handbook.
