This Agreement, effective as of the date of last signature, made by and between National University, a California non-profit public benefit corporation (the "University”) and Visalia Unified School District , which is located at 5000 West Cypress Ave, Visalia, CA 93277-8300, USA , who have partnered for the purpose of providing contractual services for students, or state-supported TK-12 educational service unit, (“Institution”), with reference to the following facts:

This Internship Credential Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into effective August 7, 2019 (“Effective Date”) by and between Westmorland Union Elementary School District, a legal association of school districts who have partnered for the purpose of providing contractual services for students, or state-supported K-12 educational service unit, which is located in the State of California, County of Imperial (individually or collectively, “District”), Westmorland Union Elementary School District and National University (“University”), a California nonprofit, private university.
