This Interstate Attendance Agreement (“Agreement”) is made on , 2016, by and between the California Community College Board of Governors (“BOG”) and the Board of Regents of the Nevada System of Higher Education (“BOR”). The BOG and the BOR shall collectively be referred to as “the Parties”.

During the 2016 Fall quarter, LTCC will begin the process of granting an Interstate Attendance Agreement to Nevada residents in specific zip codes. Up to 100 Nevada residents who meet the parameters defined below will be granted a tuition rate of three times the California state rate ($93.00 per unit). This is a savings of $88 per unit from the $181.00 per unit rate for nonresident students for the fall of 2016.
