This Third Amended and Restated Interstate Water Banking Agreement (Agreement) is made as of this ___ day of ____________, 201__ (Effective Date), among the Arizona Water Banking Authority (AWBA), the Southern Nevada Water Authority (SNWA), and the Colorado River Commission of Nevada (CRCN), collectively referred to as "Parties" and individually as "Party." This Agreement amends, restates in its entirety, and supersedes that certain Agreement for Interstate Water Banking dated July 3, 2001, together with all prior amendments and modifications thereto.
