The attached Intervenor Funding Agreement reflects a five percent inflation adjustment as measured by the Consumer Price Index over the 2010 Intervenor Funding Agreement executed by the aforementioned parties.

I’m a PGE small commercial customer and am very concerned that in the PUC decision of this 12/27/22 public process will be “business as usual” that small business is closed out of fair access to intervenor funding that residential and large commercial and industrial customers can access.
