This Agreement concerns Company’s and my understandings regarding the Company’s interests in inventions or discoveries, works subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights that I may develop, that I have access to, or that may arise in the work I perform for Company, alone or with others, as well as my obligations to protect and secure the confidential and proprietary information of Company. This Agreement is not a promise or a contract of a fixed term of employment, and I understand, acknowledge and agree that nothing in this Agreement alters the at- will nature of my employment by Company, which I or the Company may terminate at any time.
