This Inventory Intermediation Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made as of December 22, 2022 (the “Effective Date”), between Citigroup Energy Inc. (“Citi”), a corporation organized under the laws of Delaware and DK Trading & Supply, LLC (“DKTS”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of Delaware, acting on behalf of, and jointly and severally liable with, each of (i) Lion Oil Company, LLC (“Lion Oil”), a corporation organized under the laws of Arkansas, (ii) Alon Refining Krotz Springs, Inc.
