This Investment Online Service Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) for accessing information via the Internet about your investment advisory, trust, custody, probate or other wealth management accounts (collectively, your “Fiduciary Account”) with BMO Harris Bank N.A. or its affiliates (collectively, “BMO Harris”) explains the terms and conditions for this service (the “Service”). The Service is an enhancement to your Fiduciary Account. By using the Service you acknowledge receipt of this Agreement and agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. “You” and “your” refer to each owner or anyone who holds an interest in a Fiduciary Account (an “Owner”) or an Authorized User (defined below) of the Fiduciary Account. “We,” “us” and “our” refers to BMO Harris.
