This Investment Sub-Accounting Services Agreement is made effective the 1st day of June 2007, by and between STATE STREET BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, a trust company chartered under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts ("STATE STREET"), and FIFTH THIRD ASSET MANAGEMENT, INC., an Ohio Corporation ("FTAM").
