THIS INVESTOR FINANCING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of October 17, 2012, by and among BioCryst Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Parent”) and the investors set forth on Schedule 1 (each, an “Investor” and collectively, the “Investors”).
