This OPPORTUNITY TESTER AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of , 2020 (the “Effective Date”) by and between ioXt, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company having an address at 660 Newport Center Drive, Suite 200, Newport Beach, California 92660 (“Company”), and the individual named on the signature page attached hereto (“Tester”). Company and Tester are each referred to as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties.”
