The following Terms and Conditions are made and entered into by and between iQU Online B.V. a company with limited liability, incorporated under Dutch law, acting under the trading name iQU, having it's registered place of business at (2011 LN) Haarlem, at Stationsplein 112, the Netherlands, registered under number 65014405 at the Dutch chamber of commerce (KvK). (hereinafter: "iQU") and the party purchasing the Services from iQU, (hereinafter: the "Advertiser")
