This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions pursuant to which the IronNet Hardware, IronNet Offerings, and/or Services set forth in an Ordering Document will be provided by IronNet to the customer set forth in an Ordering Document (“Customer”). “IronNet” shall mean the IronNet entity set forth in an Ordering Document.
