THIS SERVICING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of , 2022 is made by and among LEX Markets LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“LEX”), One Chestnut Realty LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company (“LEX Client”), and One Chestnut Partners LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Company” and, together with LEX Client, “Issuer”), and Largo Real Estate Advisors, Inc. a Delaware S-Corporation, having an address at 2420 North Forest Road, Getzville, New York 14068 (“Servicer”). Company and Servicer may be sometimes referred to individually herein as a “Party” and, collectively, as the “Parties.”
