Agreement: This Amendment 4 is effective the 1st day of January, 2008, (the “Effective Date”), by and between The City of Seattle, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington (the “City”), and Fujitsu Consulting Inc., formerly Rapidigm Inc., a corporation authorized to do business in the State of Washington (the “Vendor”) and amends the agreement (the “Agreement”) effective December 1, 2001. Fujitsu Consulting Inc. is the successor company to Rapidigm, Inc. and Fujitsu Consulting Inc. represents and agrees that it assumes all of the terms, conditions and obligations of Rapidigm, Inc. under the Agreement.
