Any person, firm, partnership, corporation or limited liability company (“Proposer”) wishing to submit a Proposal to operate this Food and Beverage Concession (the “Concession”) located in the Terminal Complex at Orlando International Airport ("Airport") pursuant to the STC Food and Beverage “Open Concept” Concession Agreement (the “Concession Agreement”) (Volume A, Item II) must complete this form in full. This Eligibility and Proposal Form should be completed by the Proposer and, unless otherwise directed, each question shall be answered with respect to the Proposer. This Eligibility and Proposal Form is provided in a writable format and must be completed, executed and submitted as the original document constituting your Proposal.
