This IUPUI Housing Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a financially and legally binding agreement between the Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) Office of Housing and Residence Life on behalf of The Trustees of Indiana University, hereinafter referred to as University, and the person whose signature appears on this Agreement. Your signature on this Agreement indicates that you understand and agree to all provisions of this Agreement. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING.
