This Settlement and its attendant application and workpapers meet the requirement of Section 2.2.1 of the Gas Accord III Settlement Agreement, which states “PG&E will file its next rate case no later than February 9, 2007.” Following a PG&E request, supported by the Settlement Parties, an extension of the filing date to March 15, 2007, was granted by the CPUC Executive Director on February 1, 2007.
