This Agreement is entered into on the day of June, 2021, by and between the Board of County Commissioners of Montrose, Colorado, hereinafter referred to as “Montrose County” and Advantage Treatment Centers (hereinafter referred to as “ATC” or “Contractor”) for purposes of performing the Jail Based Behavioral Services Program Legislative Allocation of Funds through the State of Colorado’s Office of Behavioral Health.
