This Board of State and Community Corrections Jail Construction Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of Click here for date (“Effective Date”), by and between the Board of State and Community Corrections (“BSCC”), an agency of the government of the State of California (“State”), and Choose one County, a Political Subdivision of the State of California (“Participating County”).
