The rate contract shall remain valid upto 30-06-2020 and shall be governed by the terms and conditions as indicated in the Annexure- II. The addresses of the approved suppliers/ firms alongwith the telephone numbers are mentioned in Annexure-III to this contract. The concerned Purchaser should verify availability/rate/specification/ quality on GeM, Cooperative Societies (JK Cooperative Society/National Cooperatives) before placing supply order for any item(s) listed in Annual CPC rate contract (Furniture) and will record certificate in this regard.
