On Behalf of Jammu & Kashmir Medical Supplies Corporation Limited, e-bid under two cover system (Technical bid in cover 1 and Financial bid in cover-2) is invited for the finalization of Rate Contract for the procurement of Lab kits, chemical reagents and glassware items from the manufacturers / direct importers/ authorized distributors / dealers of the manufacturers/ direct importers. FURNITURE ITEMSAnnual Rate Contract • January 21st, 2020 • Jammu and Kashmir
As recommended by the Central Purchase Committee (Furniture) and approved by the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, the manufactures/dealers/suppliers indicated against each item as per Annexure- I is placed on the university rate contract for supply of furniture items for the year 2019- 2020. The rate contract shall remain valid upto 30-06-2020 and shall be governed by the terms and conditions as indicated in the Annexure- II. The addresses of the approved suppliers/ firms alongwith the telephone numbers are mentioned in Annexure-III to this contract. The concerned Purchaser should verify availability/rate/specification/ quality on GeM, Cooperative Societies (JK Cooperative Society/National Cooperatives) before placing supply order for any item(s) listed in Annual CPC rate contract (Furniture) and will record certificate in this regard.
