THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 1st day of July, 2015, Fiscal year 2016 in the City of Missoula, County of Missoula, State of Montana, by and between the City of Missoula, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Montana (hereinafter referred to as “City”) Missoula Art Museum (hereinafter referred to as M.A.M.) and Opportunity Resources Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “O.R.I.”).
