This Data Processing Addendum (this “Addendum”) is made and entered into by and between Hireku, Inc. d/b/a JazzHR (“JazzHR”) and the customer specified in the table below (the “Customer”), and shall be annexed to, and incorporated into, the Terms of Service between JazzHR and Customer, dated as of May 15th, 2018 (“Agreement”) to reflect the parties’ agreement about certain data processing and transfer obligations of the parties. In the event of any inconsistency between this Addendum and the Agreement, this Addendum shall control.
