This agreement is entered into on November 21, 2009 by and between Johnson Controls, L.P. Automotive Experience, Tecumseh, Ontario, hereinafter referred to as the Company and the National Automobile Aerospace, Transportation and General Workers Union of Canada (CAW- Canada) and its local 444, hereinafter referred to as the Union in order to provide an orderly collective bargaining relationship.
