Japan International Science and Mathematics Olympiads (JISMO), an Olympiads operated by Yayasan Mirai Indonesia established under the laws of Indonesia, having its registered address at Graha Kapital 2 Jl. Kemang Raya No. 7, Jakarta Selatan 12730, Indonesia, in this matter represented by Yuki Dehira, in her capacity as a representative of the above mentioned organization, acting herein for and on behalf of JISMO, hereinafter referred to as “JISMO”;
