Upon approval, applicant will be permitted to accompany an employee of Monongalia County General Hospital to observe the requirements of a potential job position. There is no guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled due to the needs of the organization and availability of staff. During this period of time, applicant may be observing patients and limited diagnostic and therapeutic procedures on the following conditions:

As a job shadowing program participant, I understand that I am not to be involved in the providing of patient care or in a patient care area without my assigned sponsor or his/her representative being present and if I breach this agreement, it may result in immediate termination of my job shadow assignment.
