THIS VENDOR SERVICE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of October 27, 2022,by and between the Owner and Contractor (each as defined in Section 1, below), in conjunction with the Work (as defined in Section 1) being performed by Contractor. The Contractor’s proposal attached hereto as Exhibit A (the “Proposal”) and all other Exhibits to this Agreement may be referred to together with this Agreement as the “Contract Documents”. In the event of a conflict between the terms of the Proposal and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control.
