THIS JOINDER AGREEMENT AND FIRST AMENDMENT TO CREDIT AND SECURITY AGREEMENT AND OTHER LOAN DOCUMENTS (this “Amendment”) is made and entered into as of August 12, 2010, by and between UNILENS CORP.
