THIS JOINT DEFENSE AND COMMON INTEREST AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into between and among the undersigned legal counsel, on behalf of themselves as counsel, their respective law firms, associated employees and consultants, and their respective clients in this matter (specifically, AMC Entertainment, Inc., Regal Entertainment Group and Cinemark, Inc.).
