THIS JOINT DEFENSE AND JOINT PRIVILEGE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), effective as of this day of December 2020 is entered into between and among, LOWER GWYNEDD TOWNSHIP (“Lower Gwynedd”), UPPER DUBLIN TOWNSHIP (“Upper Dublin”), WHITEMARSH TOWNSHIP (“Whitemarsh”), WHITPAIN TOWNSHIP (“Whitpain”), (collectively referred to as the “Townships” ), and their undersigned counsel. Each Township and their respective counsel may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as “Parties” to this Agreement.
