• A joint doctoral degree is awarded when a) two or more institutions are responsible for a PhD candidate’s research; b) a joint doctoral degree-agreement has been signed before the start of the research and c) it has been agreed that the defence will lead to one diploma with two insignia.

This deliverable includes the formal agreements of the joint or double doctoral degree programmes of the different ESRs. The state of the different Researchers Declarations of Conformity is listed as well. Given that the hiring procedure is not fully completed (one ESR to be hired) at the moment of delivery of this document, not all Declarations of Conformity are included. Some of the double doctoral degree documents are finalised, all others are already in a very advanced, but not final state. All header pages of the documents are included in this public deliverable. A private appendix has been provided which is accessible for review by authorized organisations.
