This Joint Entity Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into effective as of December , 2010 by and between the City of Grand Island, Nebraska; City of Holdrege, Nebraska; City of Lincoln, Nebraska;, and the City of St. Paul, Nebraska and their respective library boards, pursuant to authority provided in the Nebraska Interlocal Cooperation Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 13-801, et seq. (Reissue 2007). The parties hereto shall be collectively referred to as the “Member Libraries” and each singularly as “member library.”
