O. Box 1480, Park City, Utah (“Park City”) and SUMMIT COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Utah, whose address is 60 N. Main Street, P.O. Box 128, Coalville, Utah 84017, (“Summit County”). Each is individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
