This Amended and Restated Master Repurchase Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of November 15, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), among ATLAS SECURITIZED PRODUCTS, L.P. (“ASP”), as administrative agent (the “Administrative Agent”), NEXERA HOLDING LLC (“Nexera”), as buyer (“Buyer”), and LOANDEPOT.COM, LLC (“loanDepot”), as seller (“Seller”).
