This First Amendment to Joint Operations and Maintenance Agreement (“Amendment”) is made effective this day of , 2017, by and between the Joint School District No. 2, doing business as West Ada School District, an Idaho school district and body politic and corporate of the State of Idaho (“School District”), and Board of Trustees and State Board of Education of Idaho State University (“ISU”). School District and ISU may be collectively referred to as the parties.
