This Joint Planning Area Interlocal Agreement (“JPA” or “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of _ , 2018 between Alachua County, a charter county and political subdivision of the State of Florida, by and through its Board of County Commissioners (the “County”), and the City of Alachua, a municipal corporation created under the laws of Florida, by and through the City Commission of the City of Alachua (the “City”). Hereinafter, the County and the City may be each individually referred to as “Party” or collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
