This Joint Policy Agreement (Co-Manager Hatchery Policy) is entered into between [spell out the Tribes] (the “Tribes”) and the Fish and Wildlife Commission (“FWC”), on behalf of the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (“WDFW”).
