Based on the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) concluded: (i) July 2020, between LEPL Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia (SRNSFG) (hereinafter referred to as “the FOUNDATION”) and the Helmholtz Center Forschungszentrum Jülich GmbH (FZJ/Germany); and (ii) May 2022, MoU between the Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden - Rossendorf e. V. (HZDR/Germany) and Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia (MES); and (iii) January 2023, MoU between the GSI Helmholtz Zentrum für Schwerionenforschung GmbH (GSI/Germany) and Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia (MES); (hereinafter all 3 centers referred to as “GERMANY”) the PARTIES agree to extend and update their Joint Research and Education Programme (hereinafter referred to as “the GGSB Programme”).
