This DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) effective as of the date the last Party signs below (“Effective Date”) by and among Lehi City, a political subdivision of the State of Utah (“City”) and Josh Pulham whose principal place of business is located at XXXXX (“Developer”). The City and the Developer are hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
