This Contract (“Contract”) is made and entered into by and between the State of Washington acting by and through the Washington Traffic Safety Commission, a Washington State governmental agency (“WTSC”) and , a (“Contractor”). The period of performance of this Contract shall commence upon the date of execution by both Parties or October 1, 2024, whichever is later, and remain in effect until September 30, 2025, unless terminated sooner, as provided herein.
