This Executive Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of September 26, 2006, is made by and between Kona Grill, Inc., a Delaware corporation, having its principal offices at 7150 East Camelback Road, Suite 220, Scottsdale, Arizona 85251 (the “Company”), and Marcus E. Jundt, a resident of South Dakota (the “Executive”).

This Executive Employment Agreement (“Agreement”), dated as of May 11, 2009, is made by and between Kona Grill, Inc., a Delaware corporation, its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, successors and assigns and the employees, officers, directors and agents thereof (collectively referred to throughout this Agreement as the “Company”), and Marcus E. Jundt, a resident of South Dakota, his heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns (collectively referred to throughout this Agreement as the “Executive”).
