The White Eagle Swim Team Junior Coach program is intended to be an opportunity to help prepare you for future employment, whether in coaching or elsewhere. You will gain first-hand experience with interpersonal relations with peers, parents and younger kids. You will also gain valuable time management and planning skills that you will use the rest of your life.

Each Junior Coach should be a member of Lifetime Fitness 13 years of age and older. Each Junior Coach is expected to report to his/her supervising coach at their designated practice. Junior Coaches are expected to participate in stroke correction and aide supervising coaches in the execution of each practice session. Active involvement is a key factor in running practice and it is understood that the job of being a junior coach is to help the team.
