This JURISDICTION SERVICE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of September 5, 2018 (Effective Date), by and between the Commonwealth of Virginia (“Jurisdiction”) and the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators, a District of Columbia non-profit corporation (“AAMVA”) (Jurisdiction or AAMVA individually, a Party; collectively, the "Parties").
