This K-12 Education Application License Agreement (this “License” or “Agreement”) is a license and contract between you, the individual completing the order for access to and use of the licensed subscriptions, products, materials, and/or services described below and in the applicable Order Form, on behalf of your organization (“Licensee” or “Customer”), and the Rosetta Stone contracting entity named in the applicable Order Form (“Licensor” or “Company”) and governs Customer’s access and use of the Company licensed subscriptions, products, materials, and/or services. The license granted hereunder is conditioned upon Customer’s acceptance of the terms set forth herein. Customer and Company are sometimes referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
