This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into between Jerome Tang (“Coach”) and K- State Athletics, Incorporated (“KSA”), a Kansas non-profit corporation created and existing to operate the intercollegiate athletics program of Kansas State University (“University”). KSA desires to employ Coach, and Coach desires to accept such employment, on the terms and conditions and for the specific benefits set forth in this Agreement. In consideration of the mutual benefits, covenants, and conditions contained in this Agreement, Coach and KSA (individually each a “Party” and, together, the “Parties”) agree as follows:
