THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is dated as of December 2, 2020 to be effective as of the Closing Date, as defined below (the “Effective Date”) and is entered into by and between Avani Kanubaddi (the “Executive”) and Jay Pharma, Inc.
