This agreement hereby grants the Partner the right to buy and re- sell Keyless Access Security (KAS) locks, access control system and associated products to retail customers in the jurisdiction as individually specified, for a period of 1 year. The Partner will be subject to a performance-based review before subsequent renewal. Renewal period will be for 1 year or as otherwise detailed in their agreement.
