If in checking the applicant determines that the desired kennel name has not been taken by another person, they shall sign this statement and return this form to MASCA . I have determined by checking that the kennel name is not registered as a kennel by another person. I would like to register as My MASCA kennel name. I have been advised that joining MASCA and registering the desired kennel name with MASCA is the only way to ensure that no other member of MASCA will select and register the desired kennel name with MASCA.
